Terms of Service / Refund Policy

These terms apply to Product Pass access, partner offer claims, promo codes, unique links, discounts, trials, and related benefits.

Product Pass benefit

Product Pass is a digital membership benefit made available to eligible Lenny's Newsletter subscribers. It provides access to third-party partner offers, such as promo codes, unique links, discounts, extended trials, or other limited-time benefits.

Partner offers are provided independently by each partner. Eligibility, availability, redemption methods, product access, pricing after a promotional period, geographic availability, account requirements, and expiration dates are determined by the applicable partner and may change at any time.

Stated or estimated Product Pass values are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee that every subscriber will be eligible for, able to redeem, or able to use every offer.

Before Product Pass access begins, or before claiming the first offer, subscribers may be asked to review and accept a condensed version of these terms.

Use and eligibility

Codes, unique links, discounts, trials, and other access methods are for the individual subscriber only. They may not be shared, sold, transferred, reused, publicly distributed, posted online, or used to create multiple accounts.

Offer availability is limited. Codes and benefits may run out, expire, be removed, or become unavailable. Each offer must be claimed individually. Claiming one offer does not reserve or guarantee access to any other offer.

Subscription access

Access to Product Pass requires an active and eligible Lenny's Newsletter subscription on a qualifying plan.

If eligible access is canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, downgraded, terminated, or otherwise becomes ineligible, Product Pass access and related benefits may be revoked, deactivated, or withheld.

Product Pass does not guarantee eligibility for any specific partner product. Existing customers, prior paid users, prior trial users, users who previously redeemed a similar offer, or users who do not meet partner requirements may be ineligible for specific offers.

Refund policy

Once Product Pass access begins or an offer is claimed, the subscriber has started using the Product Pass digital benefit. At that point, the associated Lenny's Newsletter subscription purchase is final and cannot be canceled for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Unless required by applicable law, refunds are not provided after Product Pass access begins or after any offer is claimed, including if an offer is unavailable, expires, runs out, changes, or the subscriber is ineligible for one or more partner offers.

Misuse and changes

Lenny's Newsletter reserves the right to modify Product Pass, remove or replace offers, revoke access, or deny redemptions in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, resale, public distribution, duplicate account creation, or violation of these terms.
